How to spot
Good Location for your Real State Investment?
* Every body wants a good location! There are so
many good locations but the question is, is the
price right? In most cases, they are over priced!
Your paying Capacity the moment the location was
offered to you? Can You afford it? You Must define
your object in investing in that particular location.
Is it immediate? Short term or long term?
If you’re a beginner or a small time Real Estate
Investor, Don’t position yourself in a developed
Business District already. I would be best to
position your investment in an area where there
is a very positive massive development in the near
future. Meaning, the area that you have to look for
is still undeveloped.
Let says, if the area is not yet fully developed,
but Mall operators are starting to position due
to Government’s Program in developing the Area
like the infrastructures, The Transportation like
the Railways,(MRT) Metro Rail Transit, (LRT) Light
Rail Transit, Air Port, Sea Port, ETC. Another thing
you must consider, will it bring in cash to your
pocket? What’s the time table? If not, consider it as
a liability specially that investment will take out
money from your pocket due to Real Estate Taxes!
Consider also the (FAB) FEATURES, ADVANTAGES AND
THE BENEFITS! Always consider the short term and
the long Term! Let’s say, your cash is limited,
but the location that was offered to you is an easy
installment plan, meaning very affordable and a
perfect location as far as all aspects were considered!
Like travel time to the Church, School, Hospital, malls
and work place or from your Business!
If the present value is still very low, and there is
the probability of hitting high due to future developments,
then this could be a niceinvestment. Always put it in mind
that Real Estate Investment is a long term Investment.
You should project a time table no less than 10 years.
Meaning, the way you look at the projected Development
is to ask yourself what will happen to this area 10yrs.
or 15 yrs. or even more from now? If you have good
information about the future Development, then it's a
BINGO! That would be a perfect location for Investment.
There are Big opportunity in Real Estate Investments
where in sellers/land owners don’t have the idea on the
value of there properties! You have to spot on these!
The most important aspect in Real Estate Investment is
on your Part, The Due diligence! You must check the
documents, Go to the register of Deeds first
and check it if it’s a clean title? If you’re talking
to the right owner?
See to it that your payment should go directly
to the property owner or Developer. Always remember
that stories can be created just to get your
cash/payment! Don’t Rush! If possible, Make it a habit
to use check in Real Estate Payments. It’s easy to trace
when problem occur if there’s a paper trail!

INTERNET MARKETING AND REAL ESTATE!
Unlike in 20 years ago, if you want to operate an
International in Real Estate Marketing, It’s very
costly. You need to deploy your man power like the
support staff, Marketing Head and the Sales Head to
organize abroad. Just take my experience operating
in the Middle Estate way back 1985. For a company
to operate fully in a certain country Like Saudi Arabia,
you must have a a local partner for you to be able
to operate. This means, you will share your income
to your partner. Usually a 60/40 arrangement where
in your partner will get the 40%. Although he will
participate in the processing of the required
papers/documents needed for your business to operate
like permits, visa for your people etc.
There are partners that will go the short way,
Just like our experience, we enter the Kingdom
of Saudi Arabia carry a tourist visa, once we were
there, it was converted into a working visa. I was
issued a visa of an engine mechanic with out me knowing.
The point that i’m trying to drive at is the risk that
we were facing but we don’t have the knowledge about it.
We just go on with our sales operation. Since both parties
were committed to operate the business, the show must go!
I’m discussing heavily on my Saudi experience in in my
other blog entitled Experiences and Insights.
Now a days, with the use of the computer technology, you
don’t need to spend much on International operation. If you
have a website, it’s just like you’re tripping your client

It’s how you do it with the website that matters. The method
of selling has changed dramatically specially in the aspects
of prospecting and closing a sale. Let’s discuss first the
prospecting. On line marketing has so many way on how to
advertise your website. The how to get traffic to your site
plays an important role. In short you need technical people
to do the job in increasing the traffic to your site. Very
minimal expense on the part of advertising compare to the
old way of advertising, And yet your market is global! It
should be the technical people and the marketing head should
be in the front like to discuss for the success of the traffic
and the conversion of the traffic into a sales transaction.
Do not discount the power of the I. T. people in your
organization. It is the technical people who can do the
miracle for the product movement. The traditional way of
marketing is still there, however, you can’t let your
website function well with out the I.T. personnel. For
example, you have the website, how are you going to
advertise the website? If you do the traditional way,
it’s very costly. this is were the Marketing Head should
explain to the I.T. personnel with regards to the type
of target market that the company is targeting so
that the I.T. personnel know on what type of program he will
use to increase the targeted traffic to the site. The use of
search engine and the right keywords would be of great help.
Take care of your I.T. personnel if you want your business to
grow fast globally in the arena of technology. It would be
better that the I. T. personnel should be oriented on the
movement of marketing so he link his technical know how to the
world of marketing. In this aspects, the I.T. personnel will be
more creative in using the tools of technology to position the
product globally. The key to the success of the website is traffic,

THE POWER OF ORGANIZATION:
When you are involved in real estate business, the most
powerful tool for you to make income in real estate is,
develop your network. Network development could be
either way, It can be traditional or develop a network
online. This is where you have be active in joining any
social Networking Sites. One of which is friendsters
where there are more than 90 million active members
worldwide.
The beauty of this friendster is, you can
see the complete profile of the members including their
profession. Meaning if you want to have more friends on
this site, Just go the search bar then type Doctors,
then you'll find all Doctors who are members, Then click
on add as a friend, Then you'll just wait for the approval
of the Doctor, If approved, then you have a new friend who
is a Doctor. In some instance, It is set on an auto approval.
This would depend on how his setting is being made.
The Face Book, Direct Matches, Yuwie, MySpace, Tagged Etc.
These are big Social Networking Sites. This is also a nice
place to put a paid ads.
Aside from your own connection and contacts, If you
are now engaged in build and sell, start to organize
your own group of agents. Be it traditional way or do
it Online. But, first of all you should the art of
Real Estate Selling.
Your next step is if you still have the time, you can
still handle the training for your sales people. Once
you can develop a good salesman, start to develop him
in the aspects of Management, Leadership, Motivation
and most important is the aspects of Public Speaking.
Once you’ll be able to develop a good manager, your
job will be more easier. Then develop a good leader.
If you can’t find the leadership quality in the
person of your present manager, then look for one.
A Manager and a Leader is two different functions.
Don’t get wrong on the impression that when you have
Manager you already have a good leader!
Once you have both of them, your organization will
start to grow big! It’s the good Leader that inspire
people to work! And most good LEADERS are good
MOTIVATORS! Good leaders can bring out the best
from his his people. When people in the organization
are motivated, It’s like a wild fire than even new
comers can feel the impact and the intensity. The
organization will duplicate fast with all members
are on a high gear mode!
Sales will start to come in, every body wants to have
there our production, and internal competition will
start with in the the group. When every body is on a
high gear, This is now like the power of internal
combustion. Sales will pour in every now and then.
This is were big income starts in the real estate industry.
Start giving promotions to performers but, it should
be based on clear criteria on promotion. You can
design a criteria for them to rally on. In a championship
fight in boxing where both fighters are on perfect
fighting mode, The most very crucial is the the corner
man that coaches the fighter on what strategy to apply
on a per round basis. The corner man who can motivate
his fighter to follow on what strategy to apply will
most likely win the fight.
In any sports like basketball, football games, The same
will apply. The role of the leader or the coach is very
important in the game, may it be in an organization.
He has to have a winning strategy to keep the high morale
of the people with in the organization, So as to a fighter,
or a player who will fight or play i a championship game.

Strike the Mind, Hit the Heart and Dig up the Pocket!
This is what Selling is all about! Building up
Relationship, Helping the Client solve his Problem
is the process of setting the mind of the Client.
Once trust and confidence is build up, What ever
you suggest to the client it is easy for the client
to give you feed back.
For Example, If you would ask the client, How would
you like to position your House if you will construct
it? Would it be facing the Morning Sun or Afternoon
sun? I'm starting to use a combination of question
method, alternate of choice and a yes close technique.
Here's how it goes! I throw a question asking the
client on the how will He position His House once
He will construct it? But i gave him also an
alternative which is answerable by a yes and a
yes answer. Any of the answer, the answer is
favorable to me. The Client could not even notice
that i'm starting to use closing techniques here.
If i'll follow up with a question like, if you buy
your Real Estate Investment now, to whom shall the
investment be named after? would it be name after
You and you Husband? or to your Children? It's the
same techniques that i'm using but little by little
i'm cornering the client already.
Another follow up question like; If the company would
offer a bigger discount let say 10% if you pay it in
cash, Are you going to avail the discount or take the
longer term without discount. Again, the same technique
was used and i can still get the positive answer.
In a situation where there is an objection such as:
The price is too high!, The Place too far! Etc. You
can use a closing technique like, History feed back
with a combination of 4 F's (feel, feel, felt, found).
Here's how i goes; I could really feel what you feel,
the same way our previous clients felt that way before!
But you know when they found out that price of real
estate really shoot up when there's a development in
the area, they did not regret on the decision they've made.

HELPING THE CLIENT SOLVE HIS PROBLEM!
Helping the Client Solve his Problem
This is the Process:
1. Listen to the client's Objection:
In listening to His/Her objection, You show respect!
In return, you'll gain also
His/Her respect. The Common problem is, most people
don't know how to listen! A lot of people are good in
talking. In a family, usually when there's a argument
between husband and wife, Nobody wants to listen,
Everyone wants to talk first. You know what happen with
the argument? It always end up to a Divorce or
separation.
There are lot of schools that teaches public speaking,
But there's no school that teaches the art of listening.
You know? When you listen, you get all the information,
And information is POWER! When you have all the information,
you know where to position yourself. You might loss the
argument, but win the sale!
2. Agree with the Client's Objection:
When you agree with Her/His objection, You show the Client
that you're not an opponent, You are an alliance or partner.
Here, you start to gain Trust from your Client. When you agree,
the client would feel that you are concern about his
Investment. He feel that he is safe and protected with you.
He is at ease when you're around and feel confident he decide
because you are there as an expert, An Adviser or a Consultant
for that matter.
3. The only time that you can question the objection:
Here's how i goes; By the way, You told a while ago regarding
the high price! May i know which part you feel that the price
is high? Is in on the price per square meter or the Down Payment?
At this stage, I'm isolating the problem now. If He/She says, Price
per square meter, I will response to Him/Her, Aside from the
price per square meter is there any problem that you see on
this property? If none! then proceed to the answer. If i can show
you reasons that this price is just a competitive price, will you
decide it now?
4. Time to Answer the objection now:
Go back to the briefing process where you discuss the (FAB)
features, advantages and benefits of what you are selling! Once
the client would be reminded all of the positive aspects of your
product, then the Client will decide to buy.
Decision now is just a result of the entire process.
5. Trial Close the Sale:
This stage is your barometer whether or not, the client is
ready to buy! Test it if your transaction is already fully
cooked by throwing closing questions, Like: Which unit you
finally choose? Unit number one or Unit Number two?, Which
term do you prefer, The Cash with big discount! or a longer
term with out Discount. Take note that, Trial Closing may
happen everywhere, anywhere in the entire process. Trial
close too often for you to determine that the client is
ready to buy.
6. Closing the Sale:
When everything is handled properly, Sales is easy to
close! Closing a Sale became easy now, it's because you
now have the knowledge. Develop this knowledge
into skills and the everything will happen the easy way.

It's all about Relationship Selling!
1. Build Up your Relationship with the Client!
As i was discussing in my previous topic, One of the
most important thing to learn when you’re engage in
the real estate business is the process on how to
Mindset your Client. This can be applicable in any
big deals.
At this very moment, you have to build your rapport
to the person you’re talking. At this stage, Find
that common interest in Him/Her. Example, If you find
Golf trophies in his office, Then Praise him with
those achievements. The psychological aspect here is
the reason why the Trophies are being displayed is
they need to be recognized on their achievements.
If you find a picture of the children, then discuss
about what school they are studying? Or find a way
on how you can praise your client regarding the
children or their family. Find a common interest,
maybe school, the course or even sports of their
children.
You are starting yo develop the relationship
with your client now! You're starting to develop the
trust and confidence of the client in you. Your
personality has lot to do on this. The way you dress
up yourself, The way you talk specially on the content
of you talk. The rule of thumb here is, you should
appear to the client as an honest person and very
professional. This way, the trust and confidence of
the client will easily be develop.
2. Sell the Company:
If you own the Company and your company is still
small, You don’t need to worry about it, as long
as you were able to sell yourself to the client.
At this point, still building up the trust and
confidence as far as the client is concern. Tell
the positive thing about the Company, Like where
the Company is heading towards in the next five
years. You should have that mission statement,
This is the main reason why your company exist!
This is the service that you want to offer to
the Market! Once the Market buys your idea, Then,
Trust and Confidence will be build up.

a. Discuss the location, and sight all of the
advantages on that particular location.
b. Discuss the features and highlights about
your property. The Advantages and thew benefits
that the client will enjoy when he/she buy the
property.
c. Discuss the price, the terms and condition
including discounts if there’s any.
4. Schedule the Project Trip:
The only time you schedule the tripping of the
client to view the project is after he agree on
the price and terms and conditions. Once he
agree, you’re very close to closing the sale.
During the scheduling of trip of the client,
emind him/her to bring a check because the only
time that you can commit the property to the
client is when there is a check issued for the
reservation payment.
You should be ready with the document needed in
closing the sale during the tripping. Once you’re
at the project you’re objective is to close the
sale by getting the reservation money. Once all
documents has been sign and process, then you can
now collect the balance of his/her payment. the
sale is completed.

4. Schedule the Project Trip:
The only time you schedule the tripping of the
client to view the project is after he agree on
the price and terms and conditions. Once he
agree, you’re very close to closing the sale.
During the scheduling of trip of the client,
emind him/her to bring a check because the only
time that you can commit the property to the
client is when there is a check issued for the
reservation payment.
You should be ready with the document needed in
closing the sale during the tripping. Once you’re
at the project you’re objective is to close the
sale by getting the reservation money. Once all
documents has been sign and process, then you can
now collect the balance of his/her payment. the
sale is completed.

How Filipinos Buy a House?
In the Philippines, the habit is always link to the
Filipino Culture and Values. Filipinos when they
decide to buy, decision is always based on emotions.
Feelings are attached to the property, that's why
in the Philippines, House and lot buying is not a
money making! The sad thing is, most of the Filipinos
in the states do the same, that’s why only few
Filipinos in the states make money on their House
and Lot! This is one of the main reason why only
few Filipinos could hardly get out of the so called
Rat Race!
Since our culture is family centered, I'd like to
advice the beginners, Those who are still in the
process of buying a house and lot, To see to it
that before you decide, You must have done the
due diligence, Since we considered BUYING HOUSE
AND LOT IS A GIFT TO OUR FAMILY.
Consider all of the above as far as location
is concern. There are additional few things
but very vital that i will share to you in
buying a house and lot. After considering
all of the above tips, One thing that you can
cut on cost is start it with lot only, then you
be the one to supervise on the construction of
your house. You talk to a fresh graduate on
architect not the license one, to do the design of
your house and pay him a few pesos or a thousand,
then have it signedby the license one. Do the same
process with with the electrical engineers. You save
a lot of money here and the same time you’re
motivating the new once on there profession to be
by giving them an
income, though they’re not license yet?
Remember, That the cost of the house if you
buy it as a house and lot package, as this is
the trend of the Real Estate Development right
now, If for example, the house and lot package
cost is P1,500,000.00, and the cost of the lot
is P500,000.00., The P1,000,000.00 cost of the
house has already a marked up of 30% from the
contractor who constructed the house. In effect,
the real cost of the House would cost you only
P700,000.00. You can save the P300,000.00 and
spend a little for the design, purchase of
materials and everything. It’s a
lot of savings if you know on what to do!

Get The Best Buy for your Money!
First of all, anything that you want, always get involved! Buying real estate is not a joke, If you’re in United States it will cost you Hundred Thousand Dollars more or less. In the Philippines, if you belong to the average income category, it will cost you a Million pesos or more. Anyway, it’s not on the price at all, whether or not you belong to the lower category or upper category, it doesn’t matter.
The point that i’m trying to drive at here is the art of getting bigger discount or even more than a discount!
Let’s tackle first the How to get Involved? If there’s where you want to buy a House, Do the research first. Remember, Information is Power! Gather all the information that is needed, but the very important is you should know the prices of several units within the vicinity. Let’s say Price of a two bedroom unit with one toilet and bath, two bedroom unit with two toilet and bath, or a three bedroom unit with two toilet and bath etc. If you have those information regarding the pricing of those units with you, It is a good weapon for you in the negotiation!
For example, you walked in to a Real Estate Broker’s office inquiring about house and lot unit, They presented to you a unit w/c you like. The price of the unit is $300,000.00, The price is not negotiable. There’s no discounts being offered! But you like the unit! And you’re ready to buy the unit, The broker/Agent can now feel that you’re really a qualified buyer. You try to ask for a discount but the broker or the Agent is firm that there is no discount being offered by the seller.
If the price that you have researched with in the vicinity is much lower than the one they are selling, However the unit that they are selling is the one you like, Then you can show this a comparison. There is a big probability that the seller will give you the discount you want.
Assuming that the seller gives you a discount, and you buy that unit, the deal is closed. There is still another avenue for you to make or earn an income from your Broker or Agent. Before you leave the office of the Broker/Agent, make sure and don't forget to negotiate for a referral fee. If they can offer you 1.0% referral fee, then it would be good to both parties.
On your side as the buyer, it can be an additional source of income for you. This turn now into a business rather than being limited to the discount only. on your side as the buyer, This is a new opportunity for you for another source of income. About Myself
About Myself:
I was born in June of 1956 in a small province of
Bohol in the Islands of the Visayas, Philippines.
People from the province just like me, who viewed
Manila as A PARADISE! Bohol is famous for its
chocolate hills. This is one of the seven wonders
of the world, and the smallest monkey in the world,
the tarsier.
I started working as a baker earning
P15.00/mo. in 1969. During weekends I do some side
line, working in a hollow blocks factory. During rainy
season, I help my father do farming. I do some fishing
a night also since our house is just few meters away
from the seashore. I sometimes fight in the ring just
to earn P15.00 for a three rounds.
Life in the province could hardly met both ends.
I was a self supporting student from high school
to college. I was out of school for 5yrs. after
high school! And it took me 9 yrs. to finish my
marketing course! Bohol is famous also for its
fiesta. The entire month of May, there’s no day
that there’s no fiesta in different barrios and
towns. It was during this month of may of 1975,
that one of our neighbor took a vacation with
his family from Manila just to attend our town
fiesta.
I did not know him personally since they’d been in
Manila for quit long. I saw this as an opportunity!
I talked to my father asking help from him to
introduce me to the person because my plan was to
apply even as a house helper so I can see the big
city of Manila. I told my father even without salary
as long as I can reach the Paradise of Manila.
Since they were friends, I was accepted and the He told me
to produce money for my own fare. The fare during that
time from Bohol to Manila taking a ship was only PHP45.00.
I have to approach my Aunt for my fare and she lend
PHP65.00. I only have PHP15.00 left in my pocket when
we arrived in Manila May 17, 1975.
First day, I was toured to his work place at Tropical Hut
Super Mart. The second day, I went back to his work place
without his knowledge an applied for a janitorial job.
There requirements that was asked from me, and on the
5th day I submitted all the requirements and started
working. They were all shocked when I told them that
I will start working in the same company. Good they
were not mad at me, instead they were all happy for me!
There were some people who were staying in the same
house some of them were their relatives who were jobless
for more than a year.
This was the start of my life story in Manila! I thought
it was really a Paradise at the start, it was not!
It was only then after passing through the process of
success!I started working as a janitor, then few months
later, I became a friend to my Branch Manager. I asked favor
from him for me to be assign in a department where working
schedule is fixed so I can attend my night classes in college.
My request was granted and i was assigned then to the warehouse
department.
I was the smallest guy in the warehouse. During that time
I only weigh 105 lbs. When I was introduced to the head of
the warehouse. He shocked his head and told the Manager what
will he do here? This is a heavy job! I need big guys! The
Manager told the head of the warehouse, no problem, he is used
to hard labor, he is also a boxer. I was accepted in that
department, then I started working at the warehouse department
and eventually enrolled in my night classes in college.
Since my salary was only P4.00/day, it’s not enough for my
tuition fees. I talked to my land lord to sell the idea of
putting up a hot pandesal since I know how to bake and they
buy the idea. I had an extra income of P80.00/month and I was
free for my board and lodging. My schedule at Tropical Hut was
8:00am to 4:00pm, and i have to attend to my evening classes
starting from 6:00pm up to 10:00pm. I'll be home by 11:00pm.
and started working for the hot pandesal at 11:30pm.,and finish
it at around 1:30 am. I have to sleep at around 2:00pm and wake
up at 4:30am. to cook the bread and finish it at around 6:30am.
I'll sleep again for an hour and at around 7:30am I'll have to
rush to my job at Tropical Hut Super Market. This lasted for
more than two years until was already oriented in Manila I
tarted to scout for new opportunity.
I happened to met a home town mate who worked at V.V.
Soliven Realty. This was the biggest Real Estate Marketing
firm during that time, and I was invited to attend the
seminar for Real Estate selling. This was the start of my
real estate career! It was not wine and roses at the start,
I have to pass through the acid test of survival since this
time, it’s a commission basis no more salary! For four months
I did not close a single sale. Many times during the start
that I experienced one day one eat so to speak. I even have
to drop my enrolled units several times during my first few
years in college when i started Real Estate Selling. It took
me nine yrs. to finish my Marketing course. It was an on and o
ff since there was no permanent income.
I was determined to succeed! I knew that the road to success
is not that easy. I continued attending training programs
and seminars. When I started earning already enough income,
I invested some of my income in my education. I started to
put up my Boxing Stable where i manage nine boxers and was
able to developed one Philippine Champion on the light
weight division in 1992. Darry "Boy" Caballes was the pride
of our Stable! After two months of being the Philippine
Light Weight Champion, He fought for a none title fight
against Armando Andales in preparation for a title defense.
This was the saddest part because after the fight, he was
brought to the hospital and died due to blood clotting in
some area of his nick. I will discuss the full details from
his death up to his burial where i experienced full of tensions.
Let me proceed on my studies, I even invested a lot of money
in my post graduate courses just to sharpen my knowledge and
skills. I took up my TOP MANAGEMENT PROGRAM COURSE (TMP) in
ASIAN INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT (AIM) that was held in PHUKET
THAILAND in JUNE of 1997 where i spent almost P500,000.00 for
one month course including Hotel accommodation and plane ticket.
It was 1981, when I transferred to Fil-Estate Realty Corp.
this company became the real estate marketing giant in the
90’s. This is where I found the light towards my success!
I stayed with this company for nineteen year.
I got married in 1980 and we got three children all boys.
I was assigned for an International Post in the Middle
East particularly in Jeddah Saudi Arabia in 1985. I was
the country manager to handle the sales and marketing of
Fil_Estate. We sell Real Estate in the Philippines to the
Filipino community in the Middle East. When I left for the
Middle East, my wife was four months pregnant to my youngest
son. I stayed there for almost two years.
One and a half year later, I got a news from a close friend
of mine telling me that my wife was with another man and
three months pregnant. Could you imagine receiving such
news while experiencing homesick in the foreign land? I
decided to go home after I have talked to my wife and we
agree on who will take care of the children. She decided
that she will endorse the kids to me when I arrive. Their
age during that time the youngest was one yr. old, He was
born In Nov. 5, 1985 the second was three yrs. old, Born
in Aug. 15 1984 and the eldest was five yrs. old, born
in November 27, 1981.
I took the responsibility and now my youngest is 24yrs as
of yr. 2009. Old who is the one assisting me In preparing
this site since he is a computer science student. My second
son is working now in the Citi Group in a call center, and
my eldest is now in the United States as an Immigrant. I’d
been a single parent since then, Managing my kids and my
career successfully. My last position when I left this
company was Sr. Vice President for sales until I resigned
in 1999 when left for the states.
I came back from the States a year later and I was hired
by a Big Real Estate Developer as a President of Earthlink
Realty Corp., a subsidiary of Earth + Style Corp. I was a
president of this company until year 2003.It was my very
strong determination to succeed in life that lead me to be
successful. I’ve traveled in ASIA, MIDDLE EAST, and IN
UNITED STATES.
As i always say, SUCCESS IS JUST A MIND GAME! WHAT YOU
THINK TODAY, IS THE PREVIEW OF YOUR TOMORROW!

this company became the real estate marketing giant in the
90’s. This is where I found the light towards my success!
I stayed with this company for nineteen year.
I got married in 1980 and we got three children all boys.
I was assigned for an International Post in the Middle
East particularly in Jeddah Saudi Arabia in 1985. I was
the country manager to handle the sales and marketing of
Fil_Estate. We sell Real Estate in the Philippines to the
Filipino community in the Middle East. When I left for the
Middle East, my wife was four months pregnant to my youngest
son. I stayed there for almost two years.
One and a half year later, I got a news from a close friend
of mine telling me that my wife was with another man and
three months pregnant. Could you imagine receiving such
news while experiencing homesick in the foreign land? I
decided to go home after I have talked to my wife and we
agree on who will take care of the children. She decided
that she will endorse the kids to me when I arrive. Their
age during that time the youngest was one yr. old, He was
born In Nov. 5, 1985 the second was three yrs. old, Born
in Aug. 15 1984 and the eldest was five yrs. old, born
in November 27, 1981.
I took the responsibility and now my youngest is 24yrs as
of yr. 2009. Old who is the one assisting me In preparing
this site since he is a computer science student. My second
son is working now in the Citi Group in a call center, and
my eldest is now in the United States as an Immigrant. I’d
been a single parent since then, Managing my kids and my
career successfully. My last position when I left this
company was Sr. Vice President for sales until I resigned
in 1999 when left for the states.
I came back from the States a year later and I was hired
by a Big Real Estate Developer as a President of Earthlink
Realty Corp., a subsidiary of Earth + Style Corp. I was a
president of this company until year 2003.It was my very
strong determination to succeed in life that lead me to be
successful. I’ve traveled in ASIA, MIDDLE EAST, and IN
UNITED STATES.
